Miway learnership Program:
MiWay offers a Learnership Program as an entry-level transformation initiative. This program aims to build a pipeline of talented individuals who can support the company in meeting its objectives and address the current skills gap in the financial services sector. Successful completion of the program, including FSCA regulatory exams, allows learners to apply for professional membership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA).
Requirements:
To be eligible for the MiWay Learnership Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a Grade 12 Certificate with specific pass marks in English, a second language, and mathematics or mathematics literacy.
- South African citizenship.
- Unemployment status.
- Age between 18 and 35.
- No more than one year of work experience.
- Persons with disabilities need to provide a medical note confirming their disability.
- Applicants must not be studying with any other institutions during the learnership.
- Applicants must not have been on a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA.
